ptpr@tt is committed to a consultative approach in all projects. We consult with our clients through all stages of the project. Each project is designated a project manager, and clients have consistent contact with this manager.

Planning

We thoroughly scope all projects and analyse user needs' to ensure the objectives and expectations of the client are met; user preferences are formulated; intended target audiences are designed; and specific business needs and requirements are incorporated into potential solutions. We provide clients with a comprehensive site plan, User Agreement and quotation complete with explanation of the technology and functionality of the web site.

Design

We work closely with our clients during the design phase to ensure that the conceptual vision of the website meets client expectations; branding assimilation is identified; and overall company image has been incorporated. We ensure our clients are satisfied with the design and overall site infrastructure before progressing to the development phase.

Development

We incorporate our internet technologies in this stage, developing the content and programming requirements to produce a site with functionality. We continue to provide content reviews and incremental prototypes to our clients during this period.

System Testing

Once development is complete, and the site is functional with content, final system testing commences. Each component of the product is reviewed, ensuring no errors exist and that every component is fully functional as per specifications.

We provide the client with the completed product for testing. We ask the client’s staff and possibly a sample group of end users to test the product to ensure that it meets the functional expectations, including overall designs that were agreed upon.

Final Approval

Once testing is complete and any necessary amendments have been made, the web product is then presented for final client approval and authorisation. Once final approval is given by the client, the website is then deployed to the agreed hosting provider.

Maintenance

We ask our clients to examine the content and functionality of their website on a regular basis. This is critical to ensure ongoing return on investment. We continue a long-standing relationship with all of our clients, and in doing so, contiune to meet needs and anticipate future development or evaluation.
